Maria del Carmen De la Flor, MA in Public Relations and Communications from the University of Houston, BA in Psychology and Diploma in Marketing from CENTRUM Business School, Lima-Peru. Has held senior communications counsel and management positions in agency and corporate settings and has overseen international work in Houston-Texas and Latin America. Has been invited as a guest-speaker to various international conferences on topics such as multicultural communications and stakeholders engagement with diverse audiences. She’s working in MCUW since October 2011 as Hispanic Outreach Coordinator.
